What is External Wall Insulation?

Flat roof insulation involves installing a layer of insulation on top of your existing roof, creating what’s known as a Warm Roof.

Our process includes laying insulation of approximately 120-150mm over the existing roof felt, followed by the installation of a plywood deck and a new weatherproof membrane. This comprehensive approach ensures optimal insulation and weather protection for your home.

Ventilation Consideration

Proper ventilation is crucial when installing insulation to prevent issues like condensation and mould. As part of our service, we’ll bring your home’s ventilation up to the latest standards and install additional ventilation where necessary. Qualifying for Free Insulation Grants

To qualify for a free insulation grant, you (or your tenant if you’re a landlord) must be in receipt of qualifying benefits such as Child Benefit, Employment & Support Allowance, Pension Credit, Universal Credit, and more. Additionally, households with a combined gross income below £31,000 per year may be eligible under the ECO4 Flex scheme.
